My Top 5 Favorite Essential Oils

It feels like these days we are all trying to feel better.  More energized.  Less stressed. More in control of our health and wellness.  I have a lot of resources in my toolkit to support my health and wellness but my FAVORITE is using essential oils.  Since adding oils into my daily rituals I have released 5 pounds, attracted more aligned clients into my practice and created a brand-new book all while raising three little girls.  Of course, I use my support team but I credit essential oils with raising my energetic vibration and giving me the energy and focus to do everything that I do AND feel amazing.

Essential Oils are a concrete reminder of our ability to move into the present moment and their energy connects us to the energy of the planet through plants.  Each oil contains specific chemical compounds that can be used to facilitate healing and emotional well-being, otherwise known as aromatherapy.

This is a joyful blend that I use when I am trying to raise my mood or if I am feeling down about something that happened during the day. It is a great one to diffuse in the morning as it sets an intention for a joy filled day.

 

 

 

 I use peace when I am trying to wind down or have been feeling anxious.  It is also great to shift the energy in your home to be more relaxed and can signal that it’s time to get ready for sleep.

 

 

 

 Balance is great when I need some grounding.  Sometimes I get a lot of ideas around what I need to take action on and balances’ earthy blend grounds me and allows me to wait before taking action.

I use On Guard daily to ward against illness and as an all-natural cleaner in my home.  I do my best to reduce my toxic load so that my body can function at an optimal level.

 

 

 

 

Slim and Sassy is my go to when I am having a craving for junk food.  It is also wonderful when something BIG is happening in my life as it aids in metabolizing life experiences.
