Postpartum self-care planning
After the birth of her third daughter Jennifer Bronsnick experienced a perinatal mood disorder(PMAD). On the outside everything appeared normal but on the inside she was struggling. She felt overwhelmed, insecure in her abilities as a mother and like she was just going through the motions. It sucked; but Jennifer was able to recover by recognizing what was going on, asking for support and being proactive in creating a new normal as a mom of three.
New moms need to know that they are doing a good job and everything is going to get better. This is the core message of Jennifer's book titled, Mindful Mommy-10 Secrets for Healing Your Mind, Body, and Spirit After Having a Baby. You are a good mom, there is no shame in how you are feeling, and you WILL feel better.
Mindful Mommy was written to give new moms a toolkit so that they can make taking care of themselves a priority. Jennifer offers this resource in multiple formats in order to make it available to as many new moms as possible.
