Tejal V Patel is a former divorce attorney turned mindful mama coach, certified kids and Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher and is the founder of the online training program The Mindful Mama Experience.
For the past 6 years, Tejal has had a daily mindfulness and meditation practice. Once becoming a mom in 2015, she knew she needed these tools to help her through the sleepless nights, staying calm during temper tantrums and centered when life was chaotic. Tejal realized with how busy and demanding life was she had to get creative in how she incorporated mindfulness and meditation into her life.
As a mindful mama coach, she created a 6 week group coaching program where she teaches moms how to effortlessly infuse mindfulness into their busy day so they can become the fully present, patient and peaceful mamas they most desire to be.
Tejal has also been teaching kids yoga, meditation and mindfulness for the past 7 years and part of the course teaches moms how to practice mindfulness with their kids ages 4-10 to help them better manage stress, difficult emotions and build confidence.
