Postpartum self-care planning

After the birth of her third daughter Jennifer Bronsnick experienced a perinatal mood disorder(PMAD).  On the outside everything appeared normal but on the inside she was struggling.  She felt overwhelmed, insecure in her abilities as a mother and like she was just going through the motions.  It sucked; but Jennifer was able to recover by recognizing what was going on, asking for support and being proactive in creating a new normal as a mom of three.
